SmartWork er et europæisk projekt, der løser en vigtig udfordring, som nutidens ældre generation står overfor, idet den lever og arbejder længere end dens forgængere: Design og realisering af aldersvenlig adfærd og arbejdsforhold.
SmartWork understøtter aktiv og sund aldring på arbejdspladsen for ældre kontormedarbejdere gennem en række smarte tjenester, der udgør et medarbejder-centreret Kunstigt-Intelligens system til støtte for bæredygtighed i arbejdsevnen.
Med andre ord, at støtte ældre medarbejdere til at forblive på arbejdspladsen længere gennem måling og overvågning af deres helbred, adfærd, kognitive samt følelsesmæssige status og reagere på deres behov.
